Tenant find only/ Let only
One off finders fee of half a months rent or £800 (whichever is greater) please refer to our terms and conditions for more information on what our Let Only service includes!
Fully Managed
One off finders fee of half a months rent then 10% of the rental amount on a monthly basis, please refer to our terms and conditions for more information on what our Fully managed service includes!
Sales
Price on request and is dependant on an individuals needs. Our prices are much lower than any high street estate agency.
