Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Verification Fee (Buyer)

To comply with our legal obligations under the Money Laundering Regulations, we are required to carry out identity and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks on all buyers before we can proceed with a property purchase.

A fee of £30 (including VAT, where applicable) per person is payable to cover the cost of these mandatory verification checks. This fee is non-refundable once the checks have been completed.

The AML verification must be completed before we are able to progress your purchase. This fee applies to all applications purchasing the property including gifters.
